Passed away peacefully at the Wrexham Maelor Hospital on Saturday, 5th July 2025, aged 79 years.
Beloved wife of the late Brian. Devoted mum, nan and great-nan.
She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service and cremation at Flintshire Memorial Park on Friday, 25th July 2025 at 10:00am.
Family flowers only please, but donations may be given in Susan's memory to Clwyd Ward at Mold Community Hospital.
